To ensure fairness, transparency, and serious participation for all parties in our international property auctions, we require a fully refundable commitment deposit from potential bidders:

Deposit USD 1,000 (or the equivalent in an agreed currency) into the Propworths Global Property Trust account. Banking details are provided on registration.
Upload your proof of payment (bank transfer / EFT confirmation) showing the deposit into the Propworths Global Property Trust account, quoting the auction listing reference. Propworths.com confirms receipt before your bid is activated.
If you are the successful bidder, this USD 1,000 will be credited toward the final purchase price (including any required deposit or balance payment).
The deposit is fully refundable if you do not win the auction, or if the transaction does not proceed due to circumstances beyond your control. Refunds are processed promptly — typically within 5–7 business days.

This is a standard, widely accepted practice in property auctions globally. It protects sellers, maintains auction integrity, and allows genuine bidders to participate confidently with minimal risk.
