💳 Smart Offer 6-Month Registration — USD 200 (Non-Refundable)

A flat USD 200 non-refundable registration fee activates your buyer account for six months of unlimited offer-making on every Smart Sell listing across our 185 markets. It covers your FICA / KYC verification, platform onboarding, and access to property / business packs (disclosures, title documents, viewing schedules) for every open Smart Sell listing during your window. After six months, re-register and pay USD 200 again to continue offering.

Amount: USD 200 flat, covering the full 6-month window — automatically converted to your preferred currency (ZAR, EUR, GBP, AED, SGD, AUD or other) at the Peach Payments checkout exchange rate.
Paid via Peach Payments at the end of this registration flow. Accepted methods include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Scan to Pay, Pay By Bank (ABSA, FNB, Standard Bank, Nedbank, Investec, TymeBank and other approved banks), and Money Badger crypto (Bitcoin, USDT). Retained by Propworths — the fee is not paid into any trust account and is not credited against a future purchase price. It is Propworths’ own platform-access fee for onboarding and verifying you as a Smart Offer buyer.
Non-refundable, except: (a) every Smart Sell listing on which you were registered to offer is cancelled by Propworths or the seller before the offer window opens, and no comparable replacement is available within 30 days; (b) your FICA / KYC is rejected by Propworths’ compliance team after you have paid; (c) a documented Propworths platform failure prevents you from making offers throughout your six-month window. In all other cases — including you choosing not to submit any offer, being outdone, or changing your mind — the fee is retained.
No percentage commission on the sale: Smart Sell has no commission on the accepted offer. Your USD 200 six-month registration is the only Propworths fee — see the no-commission clause.
Deposits & purchase price on an accepted offer are paid separately to the seller’s conveyancing attorney’s trust account under the deed of sale — never to Propworths. See Section 5 of the Smart Offer Terms.

This flat-fee structure filters serious buyers from tyre-kickers, funds Propworths’ FICA / KYC compliance obligations, and keeps all sale monies safely in independent conveyancing-attorney trust accounts rather than passing through a platform’s balance sheet. Propworths holds no client funds at any stage.

Contract amount: USD 200 — charged as ZAR 3,700.00 (auto-converted at R18.50/USD).

Foreign cards are auto-converted to your home currency by your card issuer at your bank's rate.
